Dogs at The Lookout:
We’re proud of our love for pooches! With more than 30 pet-friendly vacation rentals to choose from, you’ll have no problem finding a home that meets your (we mean, your dog’s) expectations. Many homes come with dog beds, bowls, and crates for your use. Nearly every Lookout home is in close proximity to our two main parks, small pocket parks, and trails, all open to dogs on leashes.
Plus, dogs can take full advantage of our lakefront access—in fact, we even built out a special pet-friendly waterfront: a private dog dock with a special ramp to help them get out of the lake, plus a grassy lawn for post-swim rolling and drying off in the sun.

Many wineries, and a few tasting rooms, allow dogs. As for restaurants, Local Myth Pizza is pet-friendly, and at Blueberry Hills Farm, we hear dogs are treated as special guests with treats!
Hiking the trails around Chelan and Wenatchee is a great way to exercise your active pup and take in the views year-round. Some of our favorite hikes with dogs around Chelan are Echo Ridge Trails, Chelan Butte Trail, and Clara & Marion Lakes. Or for an easier stroll closer by, try the one-mile Riverwalk Loop Trail or the four-mile Chelan River Trail downtown.
