Our private waterfront is one amenity that attracts visitors the most. Within walking distance of our rentals, you’ll find over 700 feet of private waterfront, along with a sandy beach cove. Lake Chelan has some of the cleanest water in the country, and we give you a front row seat to its views and its fun. Along with our waterfront, we have the Lookout Marina. Our 70-slip marina is exclusively available for rent by our owners and our guests. Here, you’ll find both long-term slip rentals and short-term slip rentals, 40 of which can be used all year long! If you visit mid-may through Labor Day, take advantage of watercraft rentals from Shoreline Rentals and enjoy pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis and more.
2. Pools & Parks
The lake isn’t the only outdoor fun you can have at The Lookout! Our community was built around beautiful shared spaces. We are home to numerous parks and walking trails for our guests to enjoy. Families especially love walking around our community and taking in the peacefulness of Lake Chelan. Not only do we have parks, but we also have two swimming pools, one of which is open year-round, and hot tubs!
