With your luxury accommodations all booked at The Lookout at Lake Chelan, all that’s left to do is make your way to Lake Chelan where a getaway full of adventure, excitement and natural beauty is waiting for you to enjoy alongside those you love the most! When you stay at the Lookout at Lake Chelan, you can count on having all the amenities you need for the perfect vacation in paradise. Here is everything to know before you stay at The Lookout at Lake Chelan:
Check In/Check Out Procedures
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. each day, although during busy seasons the property may not be available until 5 p.m. You’ll receive an email and a text from The Lookout at Lake Chelan before your arrival with specific directions to your vacation home.
Each one of our vacation rentals are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival by professional housekeeping services.
Check-out time is at 11 a.m. sharp. A $150 check-out fee will apply on late departures. You can call the morning of your departure to ask if a complimentary one-hour late checkout is available.
What’s Included in Our Vacation Rentals?
All of our vacation rentals include professionally laundered, high quality sheets and towels so you’ll have one less thing to pack for your vacation at The Lookout at Lake Chelan. Pool towels are provided in each rental.
We also provide paper products, soaps and other household supplies when you stay in one of our vacation rentals. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, bath soap, dishwashing soap and a starter amount of laundry detergent. All of our homes include a washer and dryer. You’re more than welcome to bring additional products for extended stays.
Pools at The Lookout
The Lookout at Lake Chelan features not just 1, but 2 outdoor swimming pools! Our Vineyard Pool and Spa are open year-round while our Hilltop pool is open from early April to early October, depending on weather conditions.
The Vineyard Pool features swimming lanes, lounge areas and a hot tub that’s also open year-round. The Hilltop pool is surrounded by gorgeous natural landscaping and picturesque views. It includes lounge chairs under shaded umbrellas plus a hot tub and a fire pit that are open year-round.
We ask that you bring the pool towels provided in your vacation rental when you visit one of our pools. You must use your pool card to gain access to the pool.
Our Lake Chelan Marina
Our 70-slip marina on Lake Chelan offers short- and long-term slip rentals for our owners and guests! A total of 40 of these slips are “deep water” and can be used year-round. The Lookout at Lake Chelan has partnered with Shoreline Watercraft to offer the very best watercraft and boat rentals.
There is no boat launch at The Lookout, but 2 public boat launches are less than a mile away from our resort. If you bring a boat, RV or camper, we ask you to park it in our utility parking lot near the entrance of The Lookout just off of Highway 150. Such vehicles can not be parked at your vacation rental home.
Bringing Your Pet?
Some of our vacation rentals are pet friendly! Pet friendly accommodations require a non-refundable per-pet fee of $50. If you wish to bring your pet, you must notify us before your arrival. Fees will be charged for any unreported pets and your reservation could be terminated based on the circumstances.
