Trick-or-Treat Historic Downtown Chelan

Historic downtown Chelan invites all goblins, ghosts, ghouls, princesses, cowboys, and their mummies to fill their bags with treats provided by participating downtown merchants from 5-7 pm.  Costume contests begin at 6 pm at the intersection of Emerson and Woodin!
